骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折功能恢复的影响因素

Influential factors of the functional recovery of distal radius fracture in osteoporotic patients

随着中国社会的老龄化,骨质疏松症越来越常见,骨质疏松症患者桡骨远端骨折的发病率也明显增加。骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的功能恢复受诸多因素影响,发病年龄和性别、影像学检查、桡骨远端骨折分型方法等是其中重要的因素,另外,不同的治疗方法也严重影响骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折的功能恢复。该文对上述因素作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。

Along with aging population of China,the disease of osteoporosis becomes more and more prevalent.The incidence of distal radius fracture in osteoporosis patients equally keeps significantly increasing.The functional recovery of distal radius fracture in osteoporotic patients is subject to the influence from a variety of factors.Age and gender of onset,imaging examination and the type of distal radius fracture are the major factors.Moreover,diverse treatments exert different impact upon the functional rehabilitation of osteoporosis-re-lated distal radius fracture.This paper summarizes the influential factors mentioned above,aiming to provide clinical evidence.
