Failing and Perfection: Review of the School Sports Work Regulations

《学校体育工作条例》自1990年被颁布和实施后,为学校体育法制化、规范化建设发挥了巨大的作用。然而随着形势的发展以及《条例》自身的局限性,《条例》的很多条款已经存在明显的滞后,使其在实施过程中存在很多问题。通过修改并完善法规、提高重视程度、加强执法监管、完善评估体系和奖惩机制等措施进行完善,才能更好地增强条例的时效性,促进学校体育事业的健康、有序、可持续发展。

Since 1990 when the School Sports Work Regulations was enacted and implemented after the legalization and standardization for the school sports construction has played a huge role.
