兴古潜山油藏高温阻垢剂研制

摘要 辽河油田兴古潜山油藏生产井结垢现象日益严重,其中电潜泵井结垢率为100%,抽油机井结垢率达60%,降低了油井产量,造成生产管线或设备堵塞。统计发现,井筒中结垢主要发生在射孔井段以上、动液面以下(温度45℃以上)的套管、尾管、油管、抽油泵、抽油杆上,具体表现为筛管、尾管堵塞,垢卡抽油泵,双凡尔漏失,抽油杆断脱,油管磨穿等现象,现有的防垢剂在潜山160℃的油层条件下无法满足生产需要。为此,开展了兴古潜山油藏高温防垢技术研究。通过潜山地层水质分析,总结了该块结垢原因及规律,研制出高分子团结构的高温阻垢剂,经过室内试验,验证其在160℃的高温下仍具有85%的防垢率。通过50余井次现场试验表明,从井口加入耐高温防垢剂后,井筒及地面管线的结垢现象明显减少,管线压力平稳,未影响油井产量,保证了兴古潜山油藏生产顺利进行。 At present, the scaling hill reservoir of Liaohe oilfield.The scaling producible well has become increasingly serious in Xinggu buried rate of the electric submersible pump well and rod pumping well is up to 100% and 60% respectively,which results in the production drop of the oil well and the block in the production pipeline or equipment.The statistic results show that the scale appeared on the casing pipe, liner, oil tube, oil pump, rod under working level and above the perforated interval at the temperature of more than 45℃,which results in the phenomenon of plugging on the screen pipe and liner,oil pump frozen by the scale,dual-valve leakage,rod failure and oil tube worn out.The used scale inhibitor can not meet the requirements of production in 160℃ oil reservoir of the hibiting at high temperature is researched in Xinggu hill reservoir was analyzed ,the scaling reasons and scale inhibitor with the structure of high molecular 160℃ through the laboratory experiment.Field tests paleo-buried hill.Therefore the technology of scale in- buried hill reservoir.After water quality in the buried regularity have been summarized.High-temperature resistant group is developed.Its scale inhibiting rate is still 85% at of more than 50 well-times show that the scaling phenomenon of weUbore and surface pipeline has been significantly reduced after the high-temperature resistant scale inhibitor was pumped from the wellhead into the reservoir.Pipeline pressure remains steady,which has no effect on the production of the oil well and ensures the smooth production in Xinggu buried hill reservoir.
