摘要 潜油电泵以排量大、扬程高的优势成为塔河稠油掺稀井主要机械举升方式,但在生产中存在躺井率高、寿命短的问题。为了提高电泵系统管理水平,提高电泵寿命,降低躺井率,从电泵系统生命周期的11个阶段,优选出9个"可量化、可控制"指标,并按照指标值与电泵寿命的相关性,赋予不同的权重及分值,以评价电泵运行状态,根据评价结果将电泵划分为优秀、良好、正常、危险及高危5个状态。根据风险评价结果,电泵系统管理中采取两方面工作:分析电泵运行状态欠佳的影响因素,并采取相应的生产管控措施;在选井、选型配套及设计等电泵系统管理前端,对指标参数进行优化控制。近2年的现场应用结果表明:该风险评价方法能够较客观的反映电泵系统运行状态,用于指导电泵井系统管理,有助于提高电泵运行寿命,降低躺井率。 Electric submersible pump (ESP) has become the main mechanical lifting way of the wells of heavy oil mixed with thin oils for its advantage of large displacement and high lift.But it has the problems of high shut-in rate and short life in the production.In order to improve the management level and life of the ESP and reduce the shut-in rate,nine "quantifiable and controllable" indices are selected from eleven stages of life cycle of the ESP system.And they will be given different weights and scores according to the relevance of the index value and the ESP's life so as to evaluate the running state of the ESP.According to the evaluation results ,the state of the ESP is divided into excellent,good ,normal,risk and high risk.Two aspects of work will be done in the ESP system management according to the risk assessment results :the one is to an alyze the factors of influencing the ESP's running state,and to take corresponding measures of production management and control;the other is to optimize and control the index parameters on well selection ,matching and design at the front of ESP system management.The results of field application in recent two years show that: the risk assessment method can objectively reflect the running state of the ESP system,and can be applied to the guidance of the management.It will help to improve the operating life and reduce the shut-in rate.
