摘要
大连石化600kt/a液化气脱硫醇装置的主要功能是对液化气进行脱硫处理,要求气分原料不含硫化氢,设计总硫含量小于30μg/g。该装置采用液化气液膜脱硫醇及碱液高效氧化再生工艺(LiFT-HR工艺),具有工艺简单、操作简便、碱耗低、劳动强度小等优点。但按原有设计参数操作时,装置能耗较高,氧化风分布器时常出现结晶堵塞,气分料生产的MTBE的硫含量不能满足国Ⅴ汽油标准。为此,在不增加碱耗的情况下,改变碱液循环量、碱液浓度、氧化风量、汽提风量等操作条件,不但降低了装置能耗,解决了分布器堵塞现象,且气分原料总硫含量降到4.4μg/g,低于调整前(9.44μg/g)的近5个单位,仅为设计指标(30μg/g)的15%,能够满足汽油油品全面升级的质量要求。多项工艺调整措施降低了装置能耗,每年节约120×104m3(标准)非净化风量,确保了装置降耗、高质量标准和平稳生产相结合。
The main function to remove sulfur in liquefied sulfide and the total sulfur is characterized by simple when operating under the o of PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company's 600kt/a LPG sweetening unit is petroleum gas.The feedstock for gas separation units must not contain hydrogen content must be less than 30lxg/g.The unit uses the LiFF-HR technology,which process,easy operation,low alkali consumption and low labor intensity.However, riginally designed parameters,the unit's energy consumption was high and the oxidation air distributor often suffered from crystal clogging.The sulfur content of MTBE produced from the feed- stock did not meet the National V gasoline standard.In order to resolve these problems,technicians adjusted the operating conditions such as the alkali liquor circulation volume and concentration,oxidation air volume and stripping air volume,without increasing alkali consumption.These measures not only reduced the unit's energy consumption and removed distributor clogging ,but also lowered the total sulfur content of feedstock for gas separation units to 4.4μg/g,5 units lower than the value of 9.44μg/g before the adjustment and only 15% of the designed target value of 30μg/g.The unit now meets the requirements for upgrading gasoline products.The adjustments to the production process have reduced the unit's energy consumption and save about 120×10^4m3 (standard) of non-purification air volume annually,achieving energy consumption reduction,pro- duction of high quality products and stable production simultaneously.
