制硫燃烧炉浇注衬里结构的应用 被引量:3

The Application of Casting Lining Structure in Sulfur Recovery Units

摘要 四川石化硫磺回收装置在运行初期,制硫炉衬里锥体段最外层为100mm轻质浇注料,中间层为150mm轻质耐火浇注料,工作层为150mm刚玉莫来石大砖。2014年2月其中一套制硫炉炉头锥体部位防雨罩下出现红热现象,经确认紧急停车,发现锥体段内部耐火砖及浇注料均失效。经分析,该衬里结构虽然具有较强的抗侵蚀能力,但炉径过大时(准3400mm),其抗热震能力减弱,尤其是异型部位更易脱落。而且该结构施工复杂、工期较长,不利于紧急情况下的抢修作业。于是将制硫炉衬里改造为耐火可塑料复合结构,200mm氧化铝空心球浇注料+200mm刚玉质耐火可塑料,改造后经烘炉对比,达到设计要求。炉壁温度监测结果表明,炉内前部运行温度在1200~1400℃时,炉壁温度为150~200℃。耐火可塑料复合结构适用于大炉径炉体,且施工方便、工期较短,便于短时间抢修作业。 When PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Company's sulfur recovery unit first went into operation, the outermost layer of the cone section of the lining of the sulfur production furnace was 100mm light tastable,with the middle layer being 150mm light eastable refractory and the working layer being 150mm corundum-mullite bricks.In February 2014,a red-hot phenomenon appeared under the rain cover in the cone section of the burner of a sulfur production furnace.The unit was stopped urgently after confirmation of this fauh.Both the refractory bricks and castable inside the cone section were found to be no longer effective. Analysis shows that although the lining structure had strong resistance to erosion,its ability to resist thermal shock became weaker when the furnace diameter was too large (Ф3400mm).Particularly,the section in abnormal shape easily fell off.Furthermore ,construction of the structure was complicated and last long,making rush repairs in emergencies difficult.For these reasons,the company decided to replace the lining of the sulfur production furnace with a composite plastic refractory strncture-20Omm alumina hollow ball castable plus 200mm corundum plastic refractory.After the revamping,a furnace ments were met.The results of monitoring of furnace wall baking comparison showed that the design requiretemperature showed that when the operating temperature in the front of the furnace ranged between 1200 and 1400℃ ,the temperature of the furnace wall was 150-200℃.The composite plastic refractory structure is suitable for furnaces with large diameters and has advantages such as easy construction,short construction period and convenience for quick rush repairs.
