介绍信息素养的涵义,阐述大数据背景下提升医学院校图书馆员信息素养的必要性,以山西医科大学汾阳学院图书馆为例,对馆员信息素养现状及存在的问题进行探析,提出提升馆员信息素养的策略,即树立信息意识、加强队伍建设、培养信息道德、开展合作共享。

The paper introduces the connotation of information literacy,expounds the necessity of enhancing information literacy of librarians in medical college and university under big data background.Taking Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University as an example,it discusses information literacy status of librarians and existing problems,puts forward the strategies,namely,establishing information consciousness,strengthening team construction,cultivating information ethics,carrying out cooperation and sharing,etc.
