摘要
针对化工实训类项目对人才培养新型模式的急切需要,采用了基于Virtools的虚拟场景交互设计方法,以化工生产中的乙酸乙酯生产工艺为研究对象,对化工生产三维虚拟仿真系统的构建模式与技术进行了探索研究。介绍了协同式三维虚拟仿真系统的总体设计思想,Virtools中实现联机功能的网络服务器(Server)模块和通信方法的选择,以及实现协同系统的方法和关键技术,最后在协同式乙酸乙酯生产三维虚拟仿真系统中实现了全部功能。
In this paper, with the method of interactive designation in virtual scene based on Virtools, we study the construction of the chemical class of three-dimensional virtual simulation training system, which take the production process for ethyl acetate in chemical produetion as research objects. The main design idea for the collaborative three-dimensional virtual simulation training is introduced, and we show the Choice of the network server module for achieving online features and the communication method, and then the methods and the key technologies which achieve collaborative system are available here. At last, all functions are achieved in collaborative three-dimensional virtual simulation system for the Ethyl acetate production.
