基于物联网技术的危化品物流应用平台研究 被引量:8

摘要 危化品的物流安全社会影响重大,利用物联网技术降低物流风险,提升物流效率,实现降本增效是危化品物流管理关注的重点。论文结合大型石化企业危化品物流的管理现状,提出一个基于物联网技术的危化品物流应用平台解决方案。首先给出应用平台的技术需求,接着从感知层、服务层、应用层3个层面阐述了平台的功能和先进性,从而支撑了化工品的安全物流、绿色物流、服务物流与智慧物流。 Security of hazardous chemicals logistics have a major impact on society, so the use of IOT to reduce logistics risk, improve logistics efficiency and achieve cost efficiency of logistics management of hazardous chemicals is the focus. Based on the hazardous chemicals logistics management of a multinational petrochemical enterprise, this paper proposes a logistics platform solution based on IOT. First, the paper gives the technical requirements of the application platform. Then, the paper from the perception layer, service layer, application layer describes three levels of functionality and advanced platform. This platform helps to support the safety of hazardous chemicals logistics, together with green logistics, service logistics and smart logistics.
