摘要
针对纤维增强复合材料细观性能的不确定性,采用基于桥联模型的Monte-Carlo方法,预测了复合材料宏观性能分布规律,并从宏、细观两个角度计算了四边简支复合材料层合板的可靠度。研究结果表明,复合材料宏观弹性模量、剪切模量服从正态分布,拉伸强度服从威布尔分布。利用细观和宏观参数计算得到的复合材料层合板可靠度结果趋于一致,表明直接利用细观参数计算复合材料可靠度是可行的。
This study gives a detailed analysis of the composite macro-parameters distributions which derived from the micro-parameters uncertainties using Monte-Carlo method based on the Bridge-model. Random variable based micro and macro-scale reliability analyses are critically compared based on the analytical stress tensor components of a rectangular simply supported orthotropic. The results show that the elastic and shear modulus of the composite follow Normal distribution, while the tensile strength of the composite follows Weibull distribution. This study also demonstrates that the results of the composite plate reliability derived from macro and micro parameters are similar, which implies the micro-parameter can be used directly to evaluate the reliability of the composite.
