摘要
研究碳纤维织物的电阻特性对于指导加热抗冰复合材料研究具有重要意义。本文研究了长度、宽度、铺层数等参数对T300碳纤维织物的电阻特性的影响规律,并对比分析了浸入树脂后的复合材料与碳纤维织物的电阻变化规律。研究表明,电阻与碳纤维织物的长度呈线性增大关系;电阻与碳纤维织物的宽度和铺层数呈非线性减小关系,不同于常规导体的反比关系;浸入树脂会使碳纤维织物电阻减小约0.1Ω,通常可以忽略不计。
Resistance characteristics of carbon fabric play a significant role in studying the anti-icing composites materials. The effects of length, width and layers number on resistance features of T300 carbon fabric were studied. Besides, the resistance of carbon fabric is compared with its composite materials. The results show that resistance increases with length of carbon fabric linearly, but it decreases with width and layers number nonlinearly, which is different to common conductors inverse ratio. Resin infusion can reduce the resistance of carbon fabric by 0. 1Ω, which is negligible.
