高锰酸钾/超滤膜组合工艺处理饮用水研究 被引量:5

摘要 以某水厂砂滤工艺出水为研究对象,采用膜前投加高锰酸钾控制膜污染,探究膜前投加高锰酸钾缓解膜污染的机理以及对出水水质的影响。结果表明,高锰酸钾的氧化性造成膜出水中亲水性有机物和分子质量分布在3~10ku区间的有机物含量增多;投加0.3mg/L的高锰酸钾能够有效控制膜污染,过量则会造成出水锰离子浓度超标;膜出水中胶粒的Zeta电位由负变正,并且电量减小,这有利于胶粒的沉淀。 Potassium permanganate was added before ultrafihration membrane treatment to control the membrane fouling in treatment of the effluent from sand filter in a waterworks. The objective of the study was to investigate the mechanism of pretreatment by potassium permanganate on controlling mem- brane fouling and its effect on the effluent. The results showed that potassium permanganate oxidation could cause the increase in hydrophilic organic matter and organic matter with molecular weight distribu- tion in the range of 3 to 10 ku. The dosage of O. 3 mg/L for potassium permanganate could effectively control the membrane fouling. But excessive dosage could cause manganese ion concentration to exceed the standard. The Zeta potential value of colloid in membrane effluent changed from negative to positive, and the power was reduced, which was favorable for the colloid precipitation.
