摘要
利用廉价高效的生物质材料(水葫芦、柚子皮、玉米秸秆、甘蔗渣)和餐饮废弃油脂协同发酵,考察生物质粒径、发酵温度、废弃油脂投加量对协同发酵效果的影响。结果表明:当生物质粒径为1~5cm、发酵温度为35~45℃、废弃油脂:生物质(质量比)为1:8时,发酵产气效果较好。4种生物质的产气量及产气潜力排序为柚子皮〉水葫芦〉玉米秸秆〉甘蔗渣。
With four types of cheap and efficient biomass materials (water hyacinth, grapefruit skin, corn stover and bagasse) and waste oil used, the effects of the following aspects on synergistic fer- mentation were investigated : particle size of biomass, fermentation temperature and waste oil dosage. The results showed that when using biomass with particle size of 1 to 5 cm, fermentation temperature of 35 to 45 ℃ and waste oil/biomass ratio of1 : 8, a good performance in fermentation for biogas production was achieved. The order of biogas production and potential of these four types of biomass materials was grape- fruit skin 〉 water hyacinth 〉 corn stover 〉 bagasse.
