摘要
基于我国城市污水中无机组分、缠绕物、颗粒物等含量偏高,导致污水处理设备和仪器仪表损坏现象频繁的现状,研发了一种占地面积小、运行稳定性高、安装点灵活、无需人值守的平板式回流污泥格栅,通过小试和中试对其进行技术需求分析和结构设计优化,在此基础上制作生产性试验样机,通过对样机的跟踪测试来评估该格栅的运行效能。结果表明,平板式回流污泥格栅可有效去除回流污泥中的缠绕物、颗粒物等杂质,在不影响污泥活性的基础上,通过"体外渗析"模式对活性污泥进行逐步"净化"。基于该格栅的灵巧特性,可作为大型污水厂补充措施或小型污水厂主格栅,应用前景广阔。
Because high proportion of inorganic components, entanglements, solids and other im- purities in wastewater in China caused damage to wastewater treatment equipment and instrument fre- quently, a flat-type sludge return grille with the advantages of small footprint, high operation stability, flexible installation and unattended operation was developed. The analysis of technical requirement was carried out through lab and pilot-scale tests which provided data support and optimization measures for the development of prototype. The operation performance of the flat-type sludge return grille was evaluated by tracking test of the prototype. The results showed that the flat-type sludge return grille could effectively remove entanglement, solids and other impurities from returned sludge, and gradually purify activated sludge by "in vitro dialysis" mode without affecting the activity of sludge. Based on its smart characteris- tics, the flat-type sludge return grille can be used as a supplementary measure of large sewage treatment plant or the main grid of small sewage treatment plant, and it has a good prospect of application.
