南京地区汉族人群Yt^b血型抗原基因频率的调查与分析

Survey and analysis of Ytbantigen gene frequency in the Nanjing Han population

目的调查分析南京地区部分汉族人群Ytb血型抗原基因频率。方法随机选择本地区无血缘关系的2012年7月~2013年7月符合《献血者健康检查要求》的2 015名无偿献血者全血标本,提取DNA,采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应方法(PCR-SSP)检测Ytb血型抗原基因。结果 2 015例无偿献血者标本中检测出Ytb+标本8例,抗原基因频率为0.002。结论 Ytb抗原在南京地区汉族人群中表达频率很低。

Objective To survey and analyze the gene frequency of the Yt^b antigen among Nanjing Han population. Methods From July 2012 to July 2013,2 015 blood samples who were previously selected randomly from voluntary blood donors with non-biological relations and fulfilled blood donor screening requirements were screened for the presence of Yt^b antigen allele by PCR with sequence specific primers. Results out of 2 015 samples were identified Yt^b , contributing to a Yt^b allele frequency of 0. 002 in the Nanjing Han population. Conclusion The Yt^b antigen is very rare in Nanjing Han population.
