摘要
目的建立一种纤维横截面样品的制样和检验方法,实现对微量和单根纤维的横截面检验。方法以速干胶为包埋剂,细塑料管为模具,包埋体用切片机切片,制成纤维的横截面样品,在环境扫描电镜下检测纤维的横截面形态。结果制成的纤维横截面样品分散性好,截面挤压变形小,包埋体与截面边界明确,形态特征清晰。结论该方法操作简单、快速,适合微量或单根纤维物证的横截面检验。
Objective To develop a rapid method for preparing fiber cross-section and explore the sectional characteristics of common fibers. Methods The fiber was embedded with epoxy resin in a small plastic tube (5mm in diameter) and the section was viewed with scanning electron microscope. Results The sectional shape of common fibers was obtained clearly. Conclusions The method is easy to operate and can be used for trace fiber identifying and comparison.
