摘要
目的探索尿渍足迹快捷显现技术;方法制作500枚尿渍足迹,用IDEA碘联雾化镀膜法对地板表面上不同遗留时间和遗留量的尿渍足迹进行雾化镀膜处理;结果 0～7d内的尿渍足迹在30s全部显现,特征清晰连贯、背景反差明显,显出率达100%;结论该方法显现尿渍足迹快速、操作简单,十分适合于基层部门刑事科学技术人员操作使用。
Objective To explore a new chemical method for enhancing footwear impressions deposited on floor surface with urine as a contaminant. Methods Footwear impressions on floor surface with urine were treated with IDEA-iodine. Results Impressions （up to7 days old） were enhanced successfully and good contract were achieve within 30 seconds. Conclusions IDEA-iodine is fast, simple and suitable for enhancement of footwear impressions in urine.
