昆钢新区2500m3高炉自生产以来，由于原料组织困难，被迫逐渐退出使用进口矿，矿石品位不断下降，炉料综合入炉品位由开炉初期的57．3％，逐渐下降至52．5％以内，最低达到51．19％。高炉操作通过采取一系列行之有效的措施，在保持炉况稳定顺行的同时，取得较好经济技术指标。

Since 2 500 m3 blast furnace of New Industrial Park Branch began producing, because of raw material supply difficulties, the amount of imported iron ore gradually reduced, ore grade declined, from early 57.3%, decreased to 52.5%, the minimum 51.19%. By adopting a series of effective measures, while maintaining a stable operation condition of the furnace, the better technical and economic indexes obtained.
