摘要
原50吨转炉加料系统插板阀一直存在动作不可靠,故障率高等问题,经过分析认为造成故障的主要原因是插板阀阀体同执行元件(气缸)的同心度不能保证造成的,重新设计插板阀后,这一问题得到解决。
The original 50 tons converter charging system gate valve has no reliable action, high failure rate, after analysis that the main reason caused by the fault of the gate valve is that the implementation of components (cylinder) can not guarantee the concentricity, after redesign of gate valve, this problem is solved.
