摘要
分析了某220kV输电线路单相高阻接地故障时线路保护、断路器重合闸的动作行为,找到了引起220kV线路跳闸的原因,发现了线路故障的故障点,因光缆绑扎线断开后随风飘荡,造成绑扎带短接电气间隙对塔身放电所致。提出了加强对钢管塔易挂物、夹物点进行滑脱处理,预防飘浮物夹挂短接空气间隙的设计方案。并拟将"禁止采用不锈钢扎带固定光缆引下线"作为《十八项电网重大反事故措施》的一项补充内容。
