摘要
为了解决目前供水系统中存在的电能、水资源浪费等问题,本文设计了一种基于PLC的变频恒压供水系统。系统以管网水压(或用户用水流量)为设定参数,通过控制变频器的输出频率和电压,从而自动调节水泵电机的转速,实现恒压供水的目的。
In order to solve the problems of actual water supply system, such as electric energy and water resource waste,the paper designed a new variable frequency constant-pressure water supply system based on PLC.The pressure value of the water-supply pipeline was set, and automatically adjusted the pump motor speed by controling the output frequency and voltage of converter,and achieved the purpose of constant pressure water supply.
