摘要
在电力建设项目实施过程中,危险点是诱发事故的主要隐患,据统计90%以上的事故是由于危险失去控制而造成的。电力建设项目存在的安全风险具有客观现实性、潜在性、复杂多变性和可知可防性。本文使用预先危险性分析方法,对电力建设项目进行科学分析和评价,通过作业活动划分、危险和有害因素分析、可能导致事故分析、涉及相关方分析、风险级别评价、制定控制措施等活动,对电力建设施工实施过程进行安全定性评价,形成职业健康安全重大风险因素及其控制计划清单,作为安全技术交底、安全管理过程控制的重要内容,为项目安全管理工作起到重要作用。
In the process of electric power construction project implementation, dangerous point is the main cause accident hidden trouble, according to statistics, more than 90% of the accident was caused by risk out of control. The security risks of electric power construction project with the objective reality, potentially, complicated variety and knowable KeFangXing. This article USES the preliminary hazard analysis method for electric power construction project for scientific analysis and evaluation, through the activities, dangerous and harmful factors, may result in accident analysis, analysis of involved parties, the level of risk evaluation, formulate control measures for power construction safety qualitative evaluation on the implementation process, the formation of occupational health and safety of significant risk factors and control plan list, as a safety technical disclosure, safety management an important part of the process control, play an important role for project safety management work.
