摘要
某火力发电300MW机组风机出口挡板为常规百叶窗形式挡板门,该形式挡板门一般水平布置于风机出口烟道内,挡板门在实际使用过程中常出现卡涩、不严密、漏风严重等缺陷;为确保火电企业锅炉安全经济运行,本文主要对风机出口烟道挡板门结构及运行中的实际应用进行综合分析与评估。
A thermal power unit 300MW outlet baffle fan as conventional shutter form baffle gate, this kind of damper is arranged on the general level of induced draft fan outlet flue baffle door, often blocked, not tight, air leakage defects in actual use process; to ensure the safe and economic operation of electric enterprises boiler fire in this paper, comprehensive analysis and assessment on the practical application of outlet flue fan damper structure and operation.
