摘要 目的:通过监测5周自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队运动员粘膜免疫指标变化,研究运动训练对唾液sIgA的影响,从而探讨运动、sIgA与上呼吸道感染间的关系。方法:以自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队10名运动员为研究对象,其中男选手5名,女选手5名。唾液的采集日期为训练开始后的连续14个训练日、第21天(第三周)、第28天(第四周)、第33天(第五周)。结果:运动员粘膜免疫指标sIgA和溶菌酶浓度在训练期间均无显著变化(P〉0.05)。 The impact of 5-week training program by national athletes of free-style sky ski on salivary secretory immunoglobulin A was studied to examine the relationship between the salivary slgA and the training or the incidence of upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: The study was conducted with the informed consent of national free--style ski team, which consisted of 5 male and 5 female athletes. The athletes were followed over 8 week training season, with saliva collected every training day in the first two week, one day in the third, fourth and the fifth week. Results: Over the 8--week training season, there were no significant changes in the concentration of slgA and lysozyme(P〉0.05).
