体育院校担负着社会体育领域人才的培养,随着社会的发展和变化对体育领域人才的需求发生变化,学校在对体育人才的培养应根据社会的需求及人才的要求制订科学有效及针对性的培养模式。本文针对当前社会对篮球人才的要求、体育院校对篮球专项学生的培养,制订合理教学、训练模式,提高学生篮球基本素养及技术水平。
