负压封闭引流在治疗脊柱后路内固定术术后感染中的应用价值

Application value of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of spinal posterior fixation of postoperative infection

目的：探讨负压封闭引流在治疗脊柱后路内固定术术后感染中的应用价值．方法：将我院采用脊柱内固定术后出现感染的20例患者，分为观察组10例与对照组10例，观察组患者采用负压封闭引流治疗，对照组患者采用置管冲洗治疗，比较两组患者换药次数、内固定取出率、创面愈合时间．结果：观察组患者在换药的次数、内固定的取出率及创面的愈合时间均少于对照组患者，其差异具有统计学上的意义（P＜0．05）．结论：负压封闭引流比普通的置管冲洗治疗脊柱内固定术后感染效果更佳，而且能够有效控制感染，促进伤口的愈合，使患者早日康复，值得临床推广应用．

AIM：To explore the application value of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of spinal posterior fixation of postoperative infection.METHODS：Our hospital with spinal internal fixation postoperative infection has 20 cases of patients,divided into the observation group of 10 cases and 10 cases in the control group,the observation group were treated by vacuum sealing drainage therapy,and the control group was treated with catheter irrigation treatment,compared two groups of patients with changing frequency,internal fixation removal rate,wound healing time.RESULTS：The group of patients in the dressing change times,internal fixation removal rate,wound healing time were lower than the control for patients,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 ）.CONCLUSION：Vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of spinal internal fixation effect is not only better than the ordinary tube,but also can control infection, promote wound healing,the early rehabilitation of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
