摘要
针对某款MPV匹配带扰性联轴器的传动轴引起整车振动问题,进行了试验。试验表明在变速器处于3档时,在全油门加速的过程中,该车的振动呈现出一定的变化规律。该车的振动主要受到发动机二阶发火频率和传动系振动的影响。并指出要解决该车的振动问题必须从传动系入手。
A test was applied to the vibration of MPV with flexible coupling propeller shaft. It shows that when the transmission is at the third gear and at full throttle acceleration process, the MPV vibration takes on the orderliness. The MPV vibration is mainly affected by the second -order firing frequency of engine and the transmission vibration. It indicates that the issue of the vibration must be solved from the transmission.
