2013年青岛市各级口腔医疗机构医院感染管理现状调查与分析

An Investigation and Analysis on Current Situation of Nosocomial Infection Management in Level Dental Institutions of Qingdao in 2013

目的了解目前青岛市各级口腔医疗机构在医院感染管理各方面的现状,为上级领导决策提供真实客观依据。方法随机抽查青岛市各级口腔医疗机构157家,采用现场调查方法。结果目前青岛市各级口腔医疗机构医院感染仍存在许多问题,三级和二级口腔医疗机构各方面具有明显优势;个体诊所层次良莠不齐;一级医疗机构普遍存在诊疗环境差、设备陈旧及必备医疗设备缺乏等情况,其中科室布局合理的只占43.9%,4家没有高温高压蒸汽灭菌设备,39%没有独立的消毒室。结论今后卫生行政管理部门工作重点应放在基层医疗机构。

Objective To know current situation of nosocomial infection management in the dental institutions of Qingdao and to provide a objective reference for government. Methods We took a random sample of 157 dental institutions of Qingdao. On-the-spot questionnaires were used to survey. Results The hospital infection of oral medical institutions at all levels of Qingdao City, there are still many problems, has obvious advantages in all aspects of grade three and grade two oral medical institutions;individ-ual clinic level medical institutions uneven, some good and some bad; a widespread treatment environment is poor, outdated e-quipment and lack of necessary medical equipment etc., the reasonable room layout accounted for only 43.9%, 4 home without high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization equipment, 39% no disinfection room independent. Conclusion The work stress of our government should put to basic dental institutions.
