消毒供应中心管理中实施护理新理念的有效性评价

Assess the Application Effects of Nursing New Ideas in the Central SterileSupply Department Management

目的探析在消毒供应中心管理中实施护理新理念的有效性。方法自2011年6月—2013年6月期间对消毒供应中心的21名护理人员进行护理新理念的推广与应用,用调查问卷的方式分析实施护理新理念前后的效果变化。结果护理新理念实施后,我院消毒供应中心中无菌物品洗涤、灭菌、包装以及物品发放合格率分别由84.07%、82.90%、82.55%和84.50%,提高到93.91%、93.29%、93.81%和97.78%,护理新理念实施后的服务满意度高达94.39%,也远高于实施前的83.77%,且护理新理念实施前后各项比较在P<0.05下差异具有统计学意义。结论在消毒供应中心管理中实施护理新理念可有效提高无菌物品洗涤、灭菌、包装以及物品发放的合格率,提高服务满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To research the effectiveness of nursing new ideas applied in the central sterile supply department management. Methods During the time of June 2011 to June 2013, 21 nurses in central sterile supply department were learned the nursing new ideas. To observe the effect changes before and after using nursing new ideas by the way of survey. Results After the implementation of new ideas nursing, the pass rate of sterile washing, sterilization, packaging and sterile release were rising from 84.07%, 82.90%, 82.55% and 84.50% up to 93.91%, 93.29%, 93.81% and 97.78%. The service satisfaction rate after the implementation of new ideas nursing was 94.39%, which was also higher than 83.77% before the implementation.And before and after the implementation of new concept of nursing the comparison was statistically significant diff erence in （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carry out nursing new ideas in central sterile supply department management can improve the pass rate of sterile washing, sterilization, packaging, sterile release and improve the service satisfaction rate, and worthy of clinical application.
