从187名医务人员的调查情况看医患关系的双方认知比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的对现阶段医患双方对医患关系的认知情况进行分析,对构建和谐医患关系提出相应对策。方法选取南京市医院的187名医务人员以及193名患者进行问卷调查,两者需要调查的内容主要包括双方对医患关系的认知比例、对患者的了解与检查原因、双方对影响医患关系主要因素的认知比例、医患关系与医务人员服务态度的认知比例。并且进行了第三方的调查,也就是媒体对医患关系的影响,共发出了380份调查问卷。结果经过调查,医生与患者的认知比例明显有所差异,双方共同认同的因素是医疗体制与媒体舆论是最为主要的影响因素,媒体调查结果认为医患双方都存在着一定的因素。结论只有加强现阶段医患之间的沟通,树立正确的医疗体制与舆论宣传导向,才能够建立有效预防措施。 Objective At the present stage of the doctor-patient relationship to cognitive situation analysis, to construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out from Nanjing city hospital, 187 medical staff and 193 patients, both need to be investigated include both on the doctor-patient relationship, the proportion of patients with cognitive understanding and check reason, both sides of the doctor-patient relationship factors, cognitive proportion physician-patient relationship and medical staff service attitude of the cognitive scale. The survey was conducted by third parties, namely the media effect on relationship between doctor and patient, issued a total of 380 questionnaires.Results After investigation, the proportion of doctors and patients in significant cognitive differences, factors shared is the medical system and the media is the most important factor, media survey results that both parties have some factors.Conclusion Only by strengthening the communication between doctors and patients, medical system and public opinion propaganda line up right, to establish effective preventive measures.
