摘要
目的通过预见性干预的方法,对围手术期患者护理过程进行评估分析,采取有效的预防措施,降低护理风险。方法我们选取2012年3-6月围手术期患者356例,将病区护理组分为观察组和对照组,分别护理围手术患者178例。对照组采用常规围手术期护理管理方法,观察组除常规护理外增加预见性风险评估及一级质控参与的干预方法。结果观察组应用预见性干预方法,病人满意度由93.8%提高至98.3%,护理质量得到提升（P﹤0.001）。结论预见性干预运用在围手术期患者中,可有效的防范护理风险的发生。
Objective By anticipatory intervention, evaluation of patients during peri operation period, effective prevention measures, reduce nursing risks. Methods We selected 356 cases of patients undergoing operation period of 2012 March to June, the ward nursing were divided into observation group and control group, respectively in 178 patients with peri operation nursing. The control group used conventional peri operation period nursing management method, the observation group in addition to routine care increased intervention in predictive risk assessment and quality control. Results The observation group application of predictable intervention, patient satisfaction increased from 93.8% to 98. 3%, the quality of care improved（P〈0.001）.Conclusion predictable intervention used in perioperation period, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing risk.
