摘要
目的探讨经颅多普勒实时测量达峰时间、峰时指数预测脑动脉粥样硬化的价值研究,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法选取早期脑动脉硬化症患者42例作为观察组,选取同时期无明显神经系统阳性体征患者42例作为对照组,采用经颅多普勒仪探测两组患者左右大脑中动脉(LMCA、RMCA、BA)、基底动脉,根据多普勒仪血流频谱,计算出峰值时间(Tp)、峰时指数1(PTI-1)、峰时指数2(PTI-2)在LMCA、RMCA、BA的数值并进行统计学处理。结果两组患者脑中动脉、基底动脉中血流速度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组Tp、PTI-1、PTI-2在LMCA、RMCA、BA的数值均显著大于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Tp、PTI-1、PTI-2可能是反映早期动脉硬化的敏感指标。
Objective To explore the value of transcranial Doppler measurement of peak time, peak index prediction of cerebral atherosclerosis, provides the reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Selected early cerebral arteriosclerosis patients 42 cases as the observation group, select the same period no obvious positive signs of nervous system in patients with 42 cases as the control group, the patients in the two groups about the detection of middle cerebral artery Doppler instrument (LMCA, RMCA, BA), basilar artery, according to the Doppler flow spectrum, calculate the peak time (Tp), the peak index of 1 (PTI-1), the peak index of 2 (PTI-2) in LMCA, RMCA, BA, numerical and statistical treatment. Results There was no significant difference between artery, basilar artery blood flow velocity in patients in the two groups (P〉0.05) in the brain.in the observation group, Tp, PTI-1, PTI-2 in LMCA, RMCA, BA values were significantly greater than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Tp, PTI-1, PTI-2 might be a sensitive index to reflect the early arteriosclerosis.
