低促性腺激素性闭经致不孕不育临床治疗探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨低促性腺激素性闭经致不孕不育临床治疗方法及效果。方法 16例低促性腺激素性闭经致不孕不育患者均实施HMG—HCG疗法,记录其治疗前后实验室检测体内各项激素水平变化情况、B超检查机体生殖系统变化情况及妊娠成功率,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果 16例低促性腺激素性闭经致不孕不育患者经临床治疗后,其体内LH[(30.98±6.35)mIU/mL]、P[(23.46±5.59)ng/mL]、FSH[(16.88±4.45)mIU/mL]、E2[(219.87±46.54)pg/mL]及PRL[(13.26±3.87)ng/mL]等激素水平均较治疗前显著上升;子宫体积[(36.89±11.03)cm3]、优势卵泡数量[(2.31±1.25)个]、卵巢体积[(8.20±5.36)cm3]、子宫内膜厚度[(1.32±0.21)cm]等情况均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);妊娠成功率为62.50%。结论低促性腺激素性闭经致不孕不育患者采用HMG-HCG疗法可获得满意疗效,机体内相关激素水平显著提高,机体内子宫、卵巢及卵泡等妊娠相关环境获得显著改善,妊娠成功率较高,保障患者身心健康。
