摘要
目的了解我国患者上报药品不良反应的现状,分析存在的问题和原因,促进患者上报药品不良反应。方法采用文献研究的方法,了解我国对患者上报药品不良反应的相关规定,分析我国的患者上报药品不良反应的现状和存在的问题。结果与结论患者上报药品不良反应比例偏低与认知度低、相关法律法规不健全、报告意识不足、报告途径不畅、缺乏补偿机制等因素有关,并进一步提出改进措施。
Objective To understand the status of patient-reported ADR. in our country, analyze the problems and reasons, and promote the patients to report ADR. Methods Literature review was used to understand the relevant provisions of patient-reported ADR~ and to analyze the problems and reasons. Results and Conclusion Low cognition degree ofADR., distemperedness of relevant laws and regulations, deficient awareness of ADR report, suffocated report approach, and lack of compensation mechanism are related to the low proportion of patient-reported ADP,.. And further improvement measures are put forward.
