摘要
采用荧光光谱法研究了盐酸二氧丙嗪(DOPM)的荧光现象及其与β-环糊精(β-CD)的包络作用,发现当β-CD与DOPM浓度比大于10 000∶1时,β-CD对DOPM有一定的荧光增敏作用,当β-CD与DOPM浓度比小于5 000∶1时,β-CD对DOPM有较强的荧光猝灭作用;提出了测定DOPM含量的荧光光谱分析新方法,该法的检出限为1.001×10-7 mol·L-1,平均回收率为99.1%;利用Lineweaver-Burk双倒数方程和Benesi-Hildebrand方程分别处理实验数据,得到了DOPM与β-CD包络作用的结合常数和热力学参数,并对包络作用机理进行了初步探讨。
Fluorescence of dioxopromethazine(DOPM)and its inclusion reaction withβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD) were studied by fluorescence analysis.Results showed that,when concentration ratio ofβ-CD to DOPM was more than 10 000∶1,β-CD could enhance the fluorescence intensity of DOPM and when concentration ratio ofβ-CD to DOPM was lower than 5 000∶1,β-CD had quenching effect on the fluorescence intensity of DOPM.The novel detection method for DOPM content with detection limit of 1.001×10-7 mol·L-1 and average recovery rate of 9 9.1% was established.The experimental data were transacted by Lineweaver-Burk double-reciprocal e-quation and Benesi-Hildebrand equation.The binding constant and thermodynamic parameters were calculated according to both equation.The mechanism of inclusion reaction was preliminarily discussed as well.
