125~I粒子植入治疗前列腺癌过程中医护人员受照水平的研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:研究125I粒子植入治疗前列腺癌过程中医护人员受照水平并提出防护建议。方法:选择40例用125I粒子植入治疗的前列腺癌患者,测量在植入过程中及植入后患者周围的剂量率,评估医护人员的受照剂量。结果:平均每例植入125I粒子数为86颗;术者平均每例植入术受到15.87μSv的照射;护士近距离护理植入粒子的患者平均每例受到13.43μSv的照射。结论:建议术者在125I粒子植入过程中穿戴铅衣;植入放射性粒子的患者在病房中覆盖铅围裙或三角巾。 Objective: To investigate the radiation dose accepted by staff during interstitial 1-125 seed implantation therapy for prostate cancer to propose the suggestion for radiation protection. Methods: Forty prostate cancer patients who need to treat with 1-125 seed implantation surgery were selected. The dose rates around patients were measured during and after the 1-125 seed implantation. The radiation doses accepted by staff were evaluated according to the dose rates. Results: The operator may averagely accept 15.87p.Sv for each patient; nurse may averagely accept 15.45/zSv during nursing one patient implanted 1-125 seed. Conclusion: It was suggested that the operator should wear lead clothes during implantation therapy, and the patient implanted seed 1-125 should be covered with lead apron in the ward.
