摘要
从"驱动-压力-状态-影响-响应"(DPSIR)模型出发,构建了17个指标的评价体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)计算指标权重,定量评估了丽江市漾弓江流域现状(2008)、近期(2020)和中期(2030)水资源脆弱性,指标评价结果表明:流域3个时期的水资源脆弱性分别为极脆弱、强脆弱和中脆弱,丽江坝区水资源脆弱性随着水资源综合规划措施的落实在近期和中期一定程度得到改善,但脆弱性仍然较大,揭示了流域水资源面临着巨大的困难和挑战,需要进一步加强水资源综合管理。
An index system,including 17 indicators covering five aspects—— "Driver- Pressure- State- Impact- Response"( DPSIR model),was constructed to assess the water resource vulnerability( WRV) in the Yanggongjiang watershed in Lijiang,China. The weights of the indicators were calculated using the analytic hierarchy process( AHP). The result illustrated that the WRV degree was extreme high,high,and median in the watershed in 2008,2020,and 2030 respectively. It delineated that the risk would remain highalthough the WRV degree would reduce significantly after implementing the water resource master plan in the future in the Lijiang plain. Water resource management need to be reinforced in the watershed in order to address the coming difficulties and challenges.
