1%聚桂醇不同时间用药治疗婴幼儿血管瘤手术的效果评价

Effect evaluation of 1% lauromacrogol medication on different time in the treatment of infantile hemangioma

目的比较1%聚桂醇不同时间用药治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将80例血管瘤患儿分为A、B、C、D组,A组未经任何药物治疗,B组采用1%聚桂醇术前30 min瘤体注射,C组采用1%聚桂醇术前48 h瘤体注射,D组采用1%聚桂醇术前2周瘤体注射,比较4组患儿VEGF评分、MVD评分及临床疗效。结果 A组患儿CD34阳性反应呈棕褐色颗粒,强阳性表达。A、B组患儿VEGF评分及MVD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组患儿VEGF评分及MVD评分显著低于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组患儿VEGF评分及MVD评分显著低于A、B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B组患儿总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组患儿总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组患儿总有效率高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1%聚桂醇术前2周瘤体注射应用于婴幼儿血管瘤,操作简单方便,治疗有效率较高,可有效促进瘤体消退,改善患儿的预后情况。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of 1% lauromacrogol medication on different time in the treat-ment of infantile hemangioma. Methods 80 cases of children with infantile hemangioma were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C,group D according to the random number table method.There was no drug treatment in group A,1% lauromacrogol lump body injection pre-operation 30-min was used in group B,1% lauromacrogol lump body in-jection pre-operation 48-h was applied in group C,1%lauromacrogol lump body injection pre-operation two weeks was used in group D.The score of VEGF and MVD,clinical effect in four groups was compared respectively. Results The CD34 positive reaction was strong positive expression,it showed brown granules in group A.There were no statistical difference on the score of VEGF and MVD between group A and group B （P〉0.05）.The score of VEGF and MVD in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The score of VEGF and MVD in group D was significantly lower than that in group A,group B,group C respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference on total effective rate between group A and group B（P〉0.05）.Total effective rate in group C was higher than that in group A,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Total effective rate in group D was higher than that in group A and group B respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion 1% lauromacrogol lump body injection pre-operation two weeks applied in infantile hemangioma has easy opera-tion and high effective rate,can effectively promote tumor subsided,improve the prognosis of children.
