摘要 目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与冠状动脉慢血流现象(SCF)的相关性。方法选择冠状动脉造影检查提示SCF的患者31例为SCF组以及冠状动脉造影检查示冠状动脉无狭窄且血流正常者36例为对照组,比较两组的血清hs-CRP水平,并以统计学处理分析hs-CRP与SCF的关系。结果 SCF组的血清hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且与平均TIMI血流帧数呈正相关(r=0.476,P<0.01)。结论 hs-CRP与SCF的形成过程密切相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between serum level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and slow coronary flow (SCF). Methods 31 patients prompted SCF by coronary angiography (CAG) were selected as the SCF group,while 36 cases with normal coronary flow prompted coronary artery stenosis by CAG were selected as the control group.Serum level of hs-CRP were compared between the two groups.The correlation between hs-CRP and SCF was analyzed statistically. Results The level of hs-CRP of the SCFgroup was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05),and hs-CRP level had a positive correlation with the average TIMI blood flow frames. Conclusion The serum level of hs-CRP are closely associated with the formation process of SCF.
