PDCA循环管理对降低住院患者跌倒事件和提高患者护理满意度的影响

The impact of PDCA cycle management in reducing the inpatients fall events and improving patient care satisfaction

目的探讨PDCA循环管理对降低住院患者跌倒事件和提高患者护理满意度的影响。方法随机选取本院消化内镜中心PDCA循环管理成立前后各90例患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用消化内镜中心常规护理干预,观察组采用PDCA循环管理指导下的护理措施干预,比较两组的住院患者跌倒事件发生率和患者护理满意度。结果观察组的跌倒事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.709,P=0.030)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.100,P=0.007)。结论 PDCA循环管理能够明显降低住院患者跌倒发生率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the impact of PDCA cycle management in reducing the inpatients fall events and im-proving patient care satisfaction. Methods 90 patients randomly selected from digestive endoscopy center before and af-ter the PDCA cycle management were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given digestive endoscopy center routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given nursing intervention mea-sures under the guide of the PDCA cycle management.The rate of the fall events happening and nursing satisfaction of hospitalized patients were compared respectively between two groups. Results The rate of the fall events happening of the observation group were less than that of the control group,with statistical difference（χ2=4.709,P=0.030）. The nursing satisfaction of hospitalized patients of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference （χ2=8.100,P=0.007）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can significantly reduce the rate of inpatients fall events happening and improve patient care satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
