小切口胆囊切除术治疗老年胆结石的效果分析

Effect analysis of mini-incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of elderly gallstones

目的探究小切口胆囊切除术治疗老年胆结石的效果。方法选择本院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的老年胆结石患者86例,随机分为对照组与观察组,两组各43例,对照组采用开腹手术进行治疗,观察组采用小切口胆囊切除术进行治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、首次排气时间、下床时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用小切口胆囊切除术治疗老年胆结石具有显著的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To research the effect of mini-incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of elderly gallstones. Methods 86 patients with elderly gallstones treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group for 43 cases.The laparotomy was used in control group,and mini-incision cholecystectomy was applied in observation group.The treatment effect of two groups was observed. Results The operation time,the first exhaust time,the time of getting out of bed and length of stay in ob-servation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,bleeding amount of operation in observation group was less than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mini-incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of elderly gallstones has evident effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
