摘要
阐述了我国传统木材干燥节能减排的主要途径。指出,采用除湿机和热管换热器等设备回收干燥室排气余热,是节能减排的主要途径之一;完善干燥室的设备配置和运行管理也有可观的节能潜力。介绍了几种联合干燥技术,提出这将是今后节能减排技术的重要发展方向。最后指出一定规模的集约化经营将有利于保障木材干燥质量和节能。
The main path of energy-saving and emission-reduction in conventional wood drying was explained in this paper. To adopt teat-pump dehumidification and heat-pipe to recycle heat energy of discharging humid air is the main path; and there is considerable energy saving potential in improving euquipment's configuration and managements. And several combination drying technologies are introduced in energy saving drying. The scale management in wood drying is in favor of optimization of drying quality and energy saving.
