摘要
以竹浆造纸污泥为原料,杨木单板为表面增强单元、UF为胶黏剂制备新型复合材料。结果表明,单板贴面处理后的复合板材较纯污泥板弹性模量、内结合强度、表面结合强度等力学指标增加明显。从强度与环保要求两个方面考虑,污泥施胶量以13%、单板的施胶量以150g/cm^2为宜。
This paper presents the manufacturing process of new materials by using paper mill sludge, poplar veneers and UF. The result showed that the board has higher performance than pure sludge board after veneering, such as elasticity modulus, internal bond strength and surface bond strength. Considering the aspects of strength and environmental requirement, the glue usage of paper sludge is 13%, the glue usage of poplar veneer is 150g/cm2.
