摘要
采用滑石粉对紫外光(UV)固化木器涂料进行改性,并研究了对UV固化木器涂层的力学性能(硬度、附着力和耐冲击强度)和光学性能的影响.结果表明,当UV固化木器涂料的量固定为3.00g,干燥时间5min,UV灯3盏,改性剂滑石粉的量在0.30~0.40g时,UV固化木器涂层的硬度达到3H,附着力达到1级,抗冲击强度达到40kg· cm.在此条件下,综合力学性能较佳.但是当滑石粉的量高于0.40g时涂层的硬度反而下降.光泽度结果表明,UV光固化涂层的光泽度随滑石粉含量的升高而下降.当滑石粉的量大于0.05g时,UV固化木器涂层呈现亚光光泽度.
Ultraviolet (UV)-curing wood coatings were modified with talc, and the mechanical properties (hardness, adhesion and impact strength) and optical performance of UV-curing wood coatings were studied. The results showed that when the content of UV-curing wood coatings was fixed at 3.00g, the drying time was 5 min, UV lamp was 3, and the content of talc modifier was 0.30-0.40g, the hardness of UV-curing wood coatings reached 3H, adhesion attached 1 grade, and impact strength was 40kg'cm. Under this condition, the mechanical properties were better. However, when the content of talc was higher than 0.40g, the hardness of the coating decreased. The gloss results showed that the gloss of UV-curing wood coatings decreased with the increasing of talc content. When the content of talc was higher than 0.05g, UV-curing wood coatings appeared matt gloss.
