摘要
结合信息生态的相关理论和门户网站发展状况,基于信息人、信息和信息环境3个信息生态基本要素,提出从"服务性、参与性、互动性"3个方面构建低碳类信息门户网站生态性的评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定各评价指标权重。为验证指标的应用价值,结合国内外典型的低碳类信息门户网站进行实证研究。
Combined with the related theories of information ecology and the development of low-carbon websites, this study constructs an ecology evaluation system of the low-carbon portal from three aspects of service, participatory and interactivity based on three factors of information ecology of information people, information and information environment. Then it gives weights to the evaluation indexes with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). To validate the application value of the indexes, this study makes an empirical analysis on the typical low-carbon portal websites at home and abroad. This study promotes the ecology evolution of low-earbon portal websites towards "User Guide" and has important reference value and guiding significance.
