放牧羔羊矿物质元素消化代谢变化规律的研究 被引量:2

Investigation on digestion metabolism of mineral elements in grazing lambs

摘要 选择健康、体重相近的20只4月龄哈萨克土种公羔羊进行消化试验,试验期为4个月,在试验开始断奶,20只羔羊分为2组。早晨出牧前给试验动物戴粪尿袋,称重后出牧,晚上归牧后称重,每月进行6 d的消化试验。各月龄矿物质元素消化量:钙、锰、镁、锌、铜、铁等6种矿物质元素的消化量的变化规律与体重的变化规律一致的,在整个试验期5月龄和7月龄显著高于其余月龄(P<0.05),而钴的消化量与体重的变化规律不一致,4月龄最高,与其余月龄间差异显著(P<0.05)。代谢量的变化规律与体重的变化规律是一致的,在整个试验期5月龄和7月龄显著高于其余月龄(P<0.05),以尿的形式排泄体外的矿物质元素含量不多,而以粪的形式排泄体外的含量多。 During the period of feeding, the weaned 20 healthy lambs at similar body weights were used to determine the influence on di- gestion and metabolism of Calcium, Manganese, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper and Iron. The weaned lambs were divided into two groups at ran- dom and each one was 10 for 90 days trial and conducted digestion metabolism experiments 6 days of each month. The result showed the me- tabolism rates were in accordance with digestion. The metabolism rates of mineral elements in grazing lambs at each month on Calcium, Man- ganese, Magnesium, Zink, Cobalt and Iron were obviously higher at 4-month than those at the other month ( P〈0.05 ). While, the metabo- lism rates of Cuprum was highest in the 8-month ( P〈0.05 ). The other 6 mineral elements but Manganese were the lowest at 5-month ( P〈 0. 05 ), and Manganese and Calcium were the lowest at 7-month ( P〈O. 05 ). Our results also showed that the amount of mineral elements expelled in the form of urine was limited.
