高等级公路沥青路面施工技术的调查与研究

An Investigation and Study into Asphalt Pavement Construction Technology for High Grade Roads

文章论述“七五”科技攻关专题关于高等级公路沥青路面施工技术研究及调查的主要结果。指出沥青及矿料的质量至关重要。对沥青混合料配合比设计方法;半刚性基层上透层油的用途;沥青混合料的拌和与制备以及沥青面层摊铺、压实工艺的关键性技术提出了看法,推荐了适宜于高等级公路的沥青混合料拌和机及沥青路面施工机械,有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。可供工程建设部门参考。

This paper presents the major findings of the study project of asphalt pavement construction technology for high grade roads,of which the quality of asphalt is critical.The paper gives the view points on the design method of the composition of asphalt mixture,the manufacture process of mixing and the technics for placing and compacting the surface.Asphalt mixer and pavement construction machinery suitable for high grade road use are recommended.Both successful experiences and lessons from failure are provided for road engineering building sectors.
