On Moral Strngthening Deviation of Positive News Reports

正面宣传报道中的人应该是全面完整和自由发展的人 ,但在实践之中它经常被处理成道德强化的对象 ,并由此带来如下偏差 :(一 )道德视角误导了公众对政府机构职能的认识 ,道德教化冲击着制度管理的力度和功能 ;(二 )道德强化遮蔽或误伤了法律的权威和尊严 ,阻碍了法律的前瞻性思考 ,淡漠了公民的法律意识 ;(三 )片面的道德褒扬忽视了全面而美好的人性 ,也催化了不道德的观念和行为。

Deviations can be arised in positive news reports,such as (a) moral visual angle ans minguided public misunderstanding about goverement department's function,moral instruction has been,attacking the force and function of system management;(b) moral strengthening has concealed or accidentally injured the authority and dignity of law,hindered perspectivity of legal system,and dimmed public cegal consciousness;and (c) lopsided moral praise has negnected all-round and fine human nature,and accelerated immoral conception as well as action.
