摘要
在工业控制过程中,普遍需要测量各种非电物理量,并将其转换为电信号传输到几百米外的控制室或显示设备上。但是专用变送器不能满足工业化的高精度变送要求,对此,设计了一个由传感器、调理电路和两线制电压/电流变换电路构成的两线制高精度变送器。为了方便检验和测试变送器,传感器选用的是电阻传感器。采用两线制传输,这不仅节省大量的传输线,并且省去了大量的传输电流。通过系统测试,设计的变换精度优于0.5%,变换非线性度优于1%。
In the process of industriaI controI,peopIe generaI y need to measure aI kinds of eIectricaI quantities,and transform it into eIectricaI signaIs transmitted to the controI room or outside of a few hundred meters on the dispIay device.But speciaI transmitter can not meet the requirement of the industriaIization of high precision anaIog,so this paper designs two wire system high precision transmitter consisting of a sensor,a controI circuit,and the two wire system voItage / current commuta-tion circuit.In order to faciIitate inspection and test transmitter,sensor seIection is resistance sensor.This design used a two wire transfer, it not onIy saved a Iot of transmission Iines,and saved a Iot of transfer current.Through the system test,the design accuracy transformation is higher than 0.5%,transform nonIinearity is better than 1%.
