摘要
针对目前检测控制领域,数据分散和通信协议不统一的问题,采用通用工业标准Modbus协议,在.NET3.5框架下,基于C#编程语言,设计一套主从式通信检测系统,实现数据集散控制。该设计实现模块化、高内聚低耦合,易于开发运用;详细阐述工控机与嵌入式微机、程控电源HSPY3603基于Modbus RTU串行通信的设计实现,成功应用于某高压电源检测系统软件。经测试验证,主从设备间串口通信稳定可靠,解决多协议数据分散管理问题,为实时检测控制现场提供可行性方案。
